EVday collects the minimum required: your name and verified identity for account creation; your charger's location and specs if you are a host; your approximate location when searching as a driver; booking history and payment records; and anonymised crash analytics to improve the platform.
We do not store your precise GPS history beyond active sessions. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your home address publicly — only an approximate pin is shown until a booking is confirmed by an ID-verified driver.
Your exact charger address is never shown publicly on the map. Drivers see a neighbourhood-level pin only. Your full address is revealed only to a confirmed, verified driver immediately before their booking window begins.
All payments are processed by our certified payment provider. EVday never stores your full card number or bank details. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
Delete your account any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Profile and listing data are permanently erased within 30 days. Legally required transaction records are retained only for the required period.
